We bought a house built in 1988 that had 4 panel French doors looking out of the kitchen onto the deck out to the back yard. The view was stunning and a big reason we bought the house. However, the doors had no screens, were made before UV shield glass was standard and took up a lot of operational space. After trying to get local providers involved without luck, we contacted Filomena Menezes at Pella. Within a week she was out to the house to discuss our needs. The following week we were being measured and options were discussed.
A few months later, we got the call that our order was being shipped and would be installed. The team was on-site for two full days to prep the opening, assemble the door, place the door into the opening and do the finished carpentry. The results are stunning, and we are extremely pleased with the product, installation, and process. Highly recommended.

Pella was great to work with! We had a very large (almost 10 feet) arched door created from scratch, Pella designed it from a picture we showed them and they nailed it! It was not an easy replacement door and they worked to finesse the door to perfection. The craftsmanship and quality is amazing! From the moment they showed up, they have been working seamlessly to remove all of the old windows and replace them with the new ones. Each member of your team has gone out of their way to be polite and thoughtful as I have been working from home while they have been completing the installation. When they completed their first day, the place was clean and their progress was amazing... even my neighbor commented on how efficient they all were!

The installation team (Kyle and Stan) were prompt to work every day and asked with rooms we preferred to have them start on. Pella did an excellent job installing our bay window. It was a custom job, complicated, and required ingenuity and creativity from the carpenter, who did not disappoint. He and his team did an excellent job, were friendly and professional, and left the work area tidy. Since this window ultimately took several weeks to finish (weather), this was important. There was also never a day when the space was left open to the elements or boarded up. This window cost more than we hoped, but it is beautiful, and was installed with great effort and expertise, so well worth it.
