Description
The Rise is a 12-story upscale apartment building in State College, Pennsylvania, that serves the students of Penn State University. It was a new construction project that utilized our Impervia fiberglass windows in a combination of fixed, single-hung, and casement units to achieve the slim modern sightlines as well as provide outstanding strength and durability that's required for student housing of this magnitude. The superior thermal performance of the windows also contributed to the LEED certification of the building. With studio, one, two, three, four, and even five-bedroom apartments and several indoor and outdoor amenities including a hot tub, coffee bar, gym, lounge, and co-working spaces, The Rise instantly became the premier apartment building in State College.
