Mike’s career started in the warehouse, subsequently working in Retail sales before becoming general manager of operations in 2006. His diverse training helps him to ensure that the entire process—from ordering to delivery to installation—is efficient and hassle-free. He has a BS from Indiana University – Indianapolis.
