Melissa joined Pella Northland as Chief Operating Officer in January 2021. She has more than a decade of manufacturing operations experience, overseeing companies in aerospace, defense, and medical and industrial equipment. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Melissa has also served on the board of directors of the Manufacturers Alliance since 2012.
